How do I undo markup in Word Documents?
Please Help!
I have completed a form document in Word 2003 and saved it. Now I cannot open the document without the 'Markup' still showing. Each time I open the document I have to 'hide' the markup before printing. How do I hide the markup permanently and save the document without 'Markup' showing? |

How do I undo markup in Word Documents?
You can't "hide" the markup *permanently* - as long as it is there it will
continue to display any time the doc is open. In order to *remove* the markup you must Accept/Reject all changes & make sure the Track Changes feature is turned Off.
