Hi ?B?QmV2?=,
Merging document when a field is empty still want a line feel. Word 98 had an option to print line feed if field was empty but cannot find this option in word 2003. Go to the Mail Merge FAQ on my website. In the Word 2002/2003 section you should find a table with the old interfaces, and how to get them back. You want the one "Mail merge..."
