Howto use Whole Page?
Hi there,
I have created a new paper size, 70mm wide and a height of 44mm. We have bought a label printer to print labels and this is the size of the printer. For some reason I cannot get the layout to have the first line of my text at the very top and bottom. I also want to be able to rint to the very edge of the paper. Even though I have set the top and bottom margins to some 0.2cm I cannot get to the very top. Will someone please advice on how to do that. I am very new to MS Word and would like to learn. -- Regards, Deon Holtzhausen |

Unless you have a very unusual printer, you cannot do this. Commercial
printers generally trim after printing to print to the edge of the page because the printer needs to be able to grab a non-printed area to move the paper through the printer. The setting is in your printer and in the printer driver software, not in Word. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
