how do i remove autocorrected entries from a document
Quick question about Autocorrect: Firstly it does a great job - changes say
teh to the, and makes life a lot easier. However - if i move through the document as the cursor passes the corrected word it still shows that the original entry was typed wrong - not great for distributing the document (and presumably not good for the document size also). Is there no way to accept the changes it has made and remove the original erroneous typos? |

Hi Robert-
On the Reviewing Toolbar, Accept/Reject all changes. Make sure to turn Off the Track Changes feature (Reveiwing Toolbar or ToolsTrack Changes) _before_ you save. And if you're not talking about tracked changes, maybe you're referring to
the AutoCorrect Options button? If so, go to Tools | AutoCorrect Options, and clear the check box for the button. -- Suzanne S.
