rotate an entire page
I am writing some reports for my students. Those reports will go in the
central file of each students where documents are clipped at the top in a way that it's easy to read one side of the page (the odd pages), but when you want to read the other side (the even pages), it's upside down. What I would like to do is to rotate the even pages of my document so that it prints upside down so that when it becomes upside down because of the way the files are clipped at the top, it's actually readable for the person who consults it. Thank you for your help. |

Not an option in Word I'm afraid... nor in most programs. It can be done by
some printers that offer sophisticated duplex printing features, but most folks don't have access to such a device. One option, however, is in the Print dialog choose to print the ODD pages only, flip & reload the paper, then print EVEN pages only. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Christine Fournier" wrote in message news I am writing some reports for my students. If your printer can duplex automatically, there will be an option in the
printer Properties to flip on the short edge (tablet-style) instead of the long edge (book-style). If you're duplexing manually, you'll have to rotate the paper before printing the second side, as Bob suggests. -- Suzanne S.
