Adding borders
The reason Word changes to Print Layout view when you add borders is that
borders are not visible in Normal view. If you make use of borders often, do the following: Create a new blank document. Add page borders as desired. Change to Normal view. Save the document as a template. Create a document based on this template each time you need this particular formatting; the newly created document will display in Normal view. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "kedes688" wrote in message news i work in Normal View but whenever i add a border to the document it automatically switches to Page View....how do i stop this from happening and remain in Normal View |
