Sharing Building Blocks
Does anyone know how to have a shared Building Blocks file? We have a
department of 12 people who have over 500 autotext entries to share. We thought a shared building blocks file on a network resource would be the answer. However, anyone pointed to it receives an error message when anyone else is in Word, indicating that the first person who opened Word has the Building Blocks file open - even though it's not physically open. |
