"auto text"
Being on Vista, does that mean you are using Word 2007?
Select the text, does Alt+F3 activate the Autotext entry as in 2003? The 2007 instructions state: Insert tab, Text group, Quick Parts, then click Save Selection to Quick Parts Gallery. Hope this helps DeanH "Big Fisherman" wrote: i have Vista home edition. How do i find and put text into an "auto text" box so i won't have to retype words i use often, such as my address? |
