Default Visual basic, Word 2002, DVZaddin.dll file is missing.

Keeps popping up when word is opened and closed that file cannot be found.
Have no idea where it went or when. any suggestions?

Default Visual basic, Word 2002, DVZaddin.dll file is missing.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | File Locations, and note the
location of your Word startup folder. Close Word. Start My
Computer or Windows Explorer, and browse to your Word startup
folder. Delete the DVZ(something).dot file from the startup
folder.

Default Visual basic, Word 2002, DVZaddin.dll file is missing.

I believe this is part of the Dataviz add-in, which presumably is still
present despite the rest of the application being missing.
