Old mailmerge document no longer handling zip codes right
I have an old (successful) mailmerge document to print mailing lables
from an Excel file. This year I upgraded to Office 2003 and now for every address whose zip code is NOT a 5 digit number, the Zip merges as a zero (or letter O, hard to tell). I tried build a new one but it has the same problem. Now, I would just go with five digit zip codes (9 isn't that critical) but I use this cell for overseas addresses as well and these can't be changed. Help!! Need to get my Christams cards out Monday! Thanks in advance! |
