Is it possible to create 'indexes' within a table in outlook or Wo
I have used a feature within Lotus Notes emails that allows you to create a
table in the body of an email which has tab labels. Each tab label relates to a seperate hidden part of the table and acts much like an index. You click on the tab label/index and the part of that table specific to that label/index is made visible. This allows you to present your readers with an easy way to go to the specific section of a table that they want to read (Notes also provides a 'twisty' function that allows you to roll-up and down specific parts of text within the body of an email). Does anyone know is it possible to create this type of table within either Word or Outlook email messages |
