Hi,
I have an acess database linked with a word document and working fine. But my question is if it's possible to link the document by a mapped network drive instead of linking from the local drive. Thanks |

Word linked with database
Hi ?B?RGF2aWQ=?=,
I have an acess database linked with a word document and working fine. But my question is if it's possible to link the document by a mapped network drive instead of linking from the local drive. Theorertically, it should work. Practically, the mail merge document might lose the connection when it's closed, so that you'd have to link up again when you next open it.
