background color not visible in MS-Word, why?
Are you referring to the color that you can specify from
FormatBackground? This is intended primarily for web pages. Depending on your version of Word, you may have to switch to Web Layout view, in order to see it. If you are using Word 2003 (and possibly also Word 2002) you'll be able to print your background color: On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Print tab. Check the option for "Background colors and images" and click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Master" wrote in message ... background color not visible in MS-Word, why? |

Backgrounds are primarily intended for web page display. If you want to print
them go to ToolsOptionsPrint, then put a check in the box for Background Colors & Images. Regards |:) "Master" wrote: background color not visible in MS-Word, why? |
