If I do a print preview or print some word documents, I only get about 3/4 of
the page to the extent that some lines are actually cut in half. All the
page setup and margins are correct. On some documents, if I print it is fine
and if I do print preview it is fine until I page down/up a couple of times
and I am back to seeing only 3/4 of the page. I have not found any rhyme or
reason (various documents from various sources/authors). This does not
happen for every document. To get a successful print, I have to go and open
the document up on a Office 97 machine and I have no problems. I have
applied all patches to both windows XP and office XP. Any ideas? It truly
is a pain to deal with. I can work in the document fine, it is only when
trying to print or print preview.

Apparently, the issue was with normal.dot. I have corrected the problem.
