Default Missing Toolbars

This is a first. My client is missing all toolbars; standard, formatting,
etc. There is absolutely no way of making them appear. I even uninstalled
Office completely and reinstalled it. When you open the program or an
existing document, all you get is the document with the various view buttons
on the lower left corner (Page Layout, Normal, etc.). When you rest your
mouse pointer below the blue title bar, the ruler will appear...same goes for
the left side of the page. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Default Missing Toolbars

This will not work - the missing toolbars are caused by a minor registry
corruption - see the correct response posted yesterday!
