Need a button in Word for HTML quick codes
Hi ?B?dm96ZWRpdG9y?=,
How do I put a button in the toolbar that would allow my staff to select text and then click the button to put something like b/b around the selected text? So that I can be typing along, find something I want to bold, select it and make it bbolded text/b You'd need to link the buttons to macros that add the HTML tags. Example: Sub BoldTags() Dim rng as Word.Range Set rng = Selection.Range rng.InsertBefore "b" rng.InsertAfter "/b" End Sub Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
