Default Opening Word Document

I have been creating documents with instructions on the first part and the
second part is a fill in the blank form. When I post these on our website,
they do not open at the top of the document. I tried clicking at the top of
the document before I saved but that didn't work.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct it?

Thank you.

A protected form will open at the first place a person can type. That is the
nature of the beast.

You could put a checkbox at the beginning of your document with instructions
to tab to go to the next formfield.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,
