Attaching to the right template for emailed documents
A template exists that has styles autotext and macros, and has a toolbar from
which these are all picked from. Everyone has a copy of this template in the same location on their c: drive, downloaded automatically as they log in. Bob creates a document based on this template, using the styles and autotext from the toolbar. He then emails it to Fred. When Fred opens the document, the document is not attached to the template. Manually attaching it by Tools Templates and Addins Attach then enables the toolbar to be used. This worked perfectly until an upgrade to Windows XP and Office 2003. Can anyone help? |
