Default How do I set up repetitious use of icons in a word doc?

I have a document of listings of campgrounds. Each listing has a choice of
1-20 icons representing facilities available. I would like to be able to
just type a number or letter and have the icon appear as a character in the
listing. Is this possible? Or do I have to copy and paste the mini pictures
over and over?

Define each of the icons as an AutoText entry. Make sure you have them
formatted exactly as you want them inserted (ie inline or floating).

Set up a custom toolbar to insert them, either as single click (put all the
options on the one bar), or via one or more dropdowns. If they are small
enough (16x16 pixels, I think) you could use the icons for the display on
the toolbar also.
