How do I set up repetitious use of icons in a word doc?
I have a document of listings of campgrounds. Each listing has a choice of
1-20 icons representing facilities available. I would like to be able to just type a number or letter and have the icon appear as a character in the listing. Is this possible? Or do I have to copy and paste the mini pictures over and over? |

Define each of the icons as an AutoText entry. Make sure you have them
formatted exactly as you want them inserted (ie inline or floating). Set up a custom toolbar to insert them, either as single click (put all the options on the one bar), or via one or more dropdowns. If they are small enough (16x16 pixels, I think) you could use the icons for the display on the toolbar also. "cgunning" wrote in message news I have a document of listings of campgrounds.
