Please consider changing the following on your page:

From:
"Tables of Contents don't update automatically when you add a new heading to
your document. This is because a ToC is a field. To update a Table of
Contents, put your cursor in the Table of Contents and press F9 to update
it. Or ctrl-a F9 to update all fields in the document."

To:

The problem was that I held the crtl-a down and pressed F9 which created a
form of the entire document which was deleted when I hit backspace (or
something). Not thinking fast enough to hit the undo button, I had to
restore from a Windows backup. Lost about 10% of a 149 page documents.

Chuck, I'm sorry about the 10% of your document.

However, Shauna's website has a contact email that you can use. Quite easy
to find.

She hasn't been posting in this particular newsgroup very frequently
lately--my quick check suggests early January.

AND you didn't even spell her name right. Either part of it. Although you
quoted it in your message.
