Default date, time, and email

I would like to know how to enter the date, time, and my email in a macro.
Also, to have it sent to me when the word document has been opened.

You want notification that your document has been received? In Outlook -
Tools Options Preferences E-Mail Options Tracking - set the message
tracking option for a read receipt. There is no guarantee that the recipient
will actually send the response but that's as good as you are going to get.
