Default How do i get all capital letter with the first one being bigger?

Notwithstanding that caps are notoriously difficult to read, you need to
apply the small caps font attribute.

Hi,
I want to write a title all in capital letters with the first capital
letter of each word being slightly bigger than the other, but not
looking like a drop cap?

Is there a function to do this, or is it done by changing font?
