How can I make a phone list

It doesn't really make sense that the list would be any more usable in Word than in Excel, but... your choice... Select all the used cells in Excel, and copy the whole thing to the clipboard. In a Word document, click Edit Paste Special and choose either Formatted Text or HTML Format.
