go in the next day it's not there. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong. Alma |

If the AutoText was saved in a particular template, that template must be
open in order for its AutoText entries to be accessible. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Alma" wrote in message ... I've worked out how to do an auto text in Quick Parts in Word 2007 but when I go in the next day it's not there. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong. Alma |

You are not saving the entry to the template on exiting Word, or on a
company installation it could be that the template is reset when you log in. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Alma wrote: I've worked out how to do an auto text in Quick Parts in Word 2007 but when I go in the next day it's not there.
