Make sure that in the Zoom section of the FilePrint dialog that the Scale
to paper size setting is set at No Scaling.

If you print onto plain paper is the alignment correct? If so, the problem
is that the printer is not handling the label stock correctly. That is, it
is a printer problem, not a Word problem.

either three or four lines for the labels, the top line is cutting
off making the label unusable. I've set the paragraph spacing to
