Using IF fields to create new paragrapgh's
Hi Craig,
Simply embed the paragraph mark inside the IF field, the append the field to the following paragraph. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "Craig" wrote in message ... I have set up a word document with series of ASK and IF fields but the formatting is not very good. With the if fields i set up the response is if yes then insert some text but if no then blank, But i need it to insert a new paragraph after the text and if there is no text i don't want it to create a extra line? |
