Default Address Book in Word XP

In older versions of Word, a little Address Book icon was available to look
up Contact info from Outlook. How do I get that to be available in Word XP?

Tools Customize Commands insert address book drag to toolbar.
I stand to be corrected but I don't think this was ever a standard entry on
the toolbar.
