Word should let me accept all format changes in a document
I wish I could click on a change that someone has made to a document when
"Track Changes" is turned on and accept *all* the format changes in a document. Only formatting, not changed or deleted items. Is there a way to currently do this? |

If you are using Word 2002 or 2003, then, on the Reviewing toolbar, click on
Show and deselect everything but Formatting. Then click the arrow beside Accept Change and select Accept All Changes Shown. -- Suzanne S. Word should let me accept all format changes in a document
I tried this but when deselected everthing except formatting changes and
accepted all changes, it accepted ALL changes not just the formatting changes. Is there a way to only accept the formatting changes? I need a document that shows the changes but don't need the formatting changes to be shown. -- LAC "Suzanne S. You have to use the drop down arrow on the Accept button and choose "Accept
All Changes Shown." "LAC" wrote: I tried this but when deselected everthing except formatting changes and accepted all changes, it accepted ALL changes not just the formatting changes.
