how do i insert a checkbox in word 2007 WITHOUT USING THE STUPID .
If you're using a check box form field from the Legacy Forms palette, you
must protect the document for forms in order to check and uncheck the box with a single click. In addition to the article Graham referenced, you can find another method, which doesn't require forms protection, at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Add_Toggle_Objects.htm -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA http://word.mvps.org "adminmgr" wrote in message ... I need to create a quick form for my staff to use that they can just click on a box and they get the checkbox. If I click on the box created using the developer, it pops up with a box that i have to click a prompt to check the box and then close it. that is too many steps when you are trying to get work out quickly. |
