Line spacing set by MS Word
I'm retyping a document which was originally created by a printer. The space
between the lines is less than single space set by Word. Can someone advise me how to reduce single line spacing. I need kerning for lines rather than characters. |

From the paragraph format attributes, set the line spacing to an exact

In the Paragraph dialog box, set "Line spacing" to "Multiple" and then
specify an amount smaller than 1 (for example 0.8). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Pamela" wrote: I'm retyping a document which was originally created by a printer.
