Default How to I repeat a drawing over again? Paste/copy misses bits out

How do I repeat a circled drawing with writing around it over and over again?
If I paste and copy the whole thing it misses out the drawing in the middle
and only shows the writing.

It sounds to me as though you have two (or more) separate objects -- the
writing and the drawing -- with one floating over the other(s). You're just
picking up the object on the top and missing the object(s) below it.

What you need to do is be able to select both objects, but the way to do
that kind of depends on which version of Word you're using.

One way to select them both, which might not be version-dependent, would be
to save your original and open a new empty document (a new PowerPoint
document would work well, too). Then select the text that goes with the
drawing, and CUT it from the original document and paste it into the new
document. That should leave the drawing (with no writing) in the original.
Cut the drawing out of the original and paste it into the new document. If
there are still pieces of the drawing left in the original, select them and
paste them into the new document. When you have the whole drawing -- text and
all -- in the new document, Center or align the various parts in the
appropriate relation to each other, and then use Ctrl - A to select all
objects. Then use your drawing function to group them. Then you should be
able to paste the whole drawing as a unit wherever you want.
