Default Editing Multiple Documents

Hi

I have 12 documents, which are duplicated for 15 different branches.

The only difference between the documents is the footer which contains the relevent branch address etc.

I need to retain all of these files as independant documents, however I would like to find a method of changing one (i.e. for a revision update) and having the remaining 14 update to match.

At the moment, whenever a change is needed I an having to make that change to each branch version individually.

Any suggestion would be welcomed
