I have a graph paper on my page when I open microsoft word
It's on the ribbon, but on a tab that's available only when a shape is
selected. Go to the Insert tab and insert anything from the Shapes button. Now the Drawing Tools tab of the ribbon appears. Click the Align button near the right end and click View Gridlines to turn it off. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
