opening files - autocomplete file path
Hi - I am trying to find a setting that will enable the file browser to
autocomplete the file path when you are trying to open a file. my hard drive crashed so all my previous settings were blown away. It used to be that when I started opening a file, if I started typing in the browser window, the file path would auto complete. for example, if I were going to "c:\my documents", as soon as I typed "c:\my" then the rest of the c:\my documents string would appear in the browser would appear automatically. Does anyone know how to enable this feature? It used to work both on opening or saving files - ie whenever you are browsing for files from the "file \ open" command ... |
