Crazy hyperlinks?

I have a file with six heading levels, none of which are custom. The problem is that all elements marked level 6 and some elements from the other levels won't show up as an option when I try to insert hyperlinks. Ideas?

I can't reproduce what you are describing. For example, I see the text of a
Heading 7 paragraph in the Hyperlink dialog box (in the "Place in This Document"
category).

Do you see the problem in any document, or just in a particular one?
