Default Inconsistencies with Indents on Custom List Styles

The problem I am having deals with understanding how Word recognizes the “Aligned at:” and “Text Indent at:” fields when they are applied to different outline levels (Level 1, Level 2, etc.). I created a New List Style yesterday called “YouTube Video Outline”.

The problem is that I am seeing different settings for the same level which seems to depend on which level I start at. For example, I can start at Level 1, then view settings for Levels 1, 2 and 3 in the Modify Multilevel List dialog box. Then if I begin at Level 2 and see the settings for Levels 1, 2 and 3 in the Modify Multilevel List dialog box, those settings are different.
Then if I begin at Level 3 (where the blue box is) and see the settings for Levels 1, 2 and 3 in the Modify Multilevel List dialog box, those settings are also different.

I have a Word file I created with pictures and certain parts highlighted, but the file size exceeds the 19K limit. So I can email this file to you if you want.
