Default Hide Outline Headings in Normal View?

Hi folks,

Outline view does a nice job of organizing the sections of my thesis,
but when I switch to normal view I'd prefer that some of those
individual paragraph headings not display. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Not directly. If these "problem" headings are all at the same level,
you could change the style definition to include "Hidden" font
formatting. Then just turn the display of hidden text on/off, whenever
you don't want to see that text.

Later, when the document is in a more finished stage, you can remove
the "hidden" formatting from the style definition.
