I need to know how to scan a document to be edited with OCR into Word, using

1. We don't do personal responses. That kind of defeats the purpose of a
public newsgroup.

2. You need to read the documentation that came with your scanner. It varies
from brand to brand, model to model, and flavor of software that came with
it.
