Linked object mistakenly opens in destination file
Sometimes when I insert a linked object (a Word document) into another Word
document (destination file) and then open the destination file at a later time, the linked object appears as an embedded object. That is, the icon is no longer their and is instead replaced by the entire linked object file. What's going on? |
