How do I make encoded documents readable?
I am trying to read e-mailed documents in xls format. When I open them, they
are encoded. All I see is a bunch of letters and symbols, with a readable word here and there. |

How do I make encoded documents readable?
That's because you're trying to open an Excel spreadsheet in Word. Try using
