Default May I create my own, unique PRINT STYLE

I would like to create a new print style - NOT table or memo. I need to be
able to input my own header and footer info and have a incoming email reply
print without the MEMO heading. So document would look like

header----------------

info from email sign-up form

footer---------

Thank you for any help! I've edited the MEMO form to get the header/footer
I want, but cannot figure out how to DELETE the memo From: Sent: To: Subject:
information. I also cannot see how to create and SAVE my own style.

Why not create a template from scratch? See

Thank you for your response, Suzanne. I started a template but then realized
that may not be what I need. If I may explain in more detail what I am
trying to accomplish:

A submitted form comes into my Outlook email account and appears as a memo.
I am trying to create a Rule which sends that submission to the appropriate
folder, have it copied and pasted into a document which will print, using my
required header and footnote, and, if possible, have the memo portion of the
original email DELETED or at least not printed on the final form.

I was thinking I could do all this with a rule, but I'm struggling. I have
the header and footer printing, but I cannot find the command or rule to have
the email appear within those header/footers.

If you or anyone else has done this process, either using a template or a
new printing style, please help me.

Thank you,
