Why am I now getting a section break on mail merge envelopes? Creates a blank
envelope between each address on my list...have not had this problme before

You always get a Next Page Section Break between each envelope. You are
probably getting the blank page because the paragraph format for the first
line of the address is set to have a page break before it.
