Global Word Change in Word2003
I have a legal document that is very long. One word that was used in the
original needs to be changed. The word appears hundreds of times. Can I change it gloablly instead of each individual entry? |

Yes.
Ctrl-H type the word in the upper box type the replacement word in the lower box if you want the replacement to be capitalized where the original word was, and lower-case when lower-case, click Replace All. (But it would be a good idea to make sure there are no mistakes by clicking "Find Next," then "Replace," then if necessary scroll back to the replaced word to be sure it's correct. If it is, then click "Replace All." That's what the Edit | Replace dialog (Ctrl+H) is for.
