How do I get the "0" to print in the zip code when mail merging f.
I mail merged a list of addresses from Excel to Word. The leading "0" in the
zip code was dropped. I did have it formatted in Excel as a zip code. Can anyone help me? |

Put a numeric switch in the field \# "00000"

I don't know to be any more specific than Graham was his article. I'll try. Toggle field code display in your merge document (ALT+F9). You should see something like { Mergerfield "Your field name" } add \# "00000" { Mergerfield "Your field name" \# "00000"} |
