I've got a 100+ page document that was put together from 9 smaller documents.
My problem is that the page numbers are not being displayed correctly. With
thumbnails turned on my document starts at page 2 in section 1 ( a two page
section). It restarts at 1 then goes to 12 in section 2. It then starts at 15
for section 3 and repeats the pattern until the end of the document. Not sure
how to fix this. My question is how do I fix the page numbering?
