Word 2007 in parallel with the browser
I have a goosd computer, I think: Pentium 3,2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, Windows XP
with SP2 and all the updates after, large partitions on 3 large hard-disks, good video adapter... I noticed something related to the work with tables (in Word 2007) when I use a browser (specifically Avant Browser, which is entirely based on MS Internet Explorer): my CPU is working very hard and Word 2007 seems to hide the cursor (but it's only hard delayed)... In fact, the tables were imported froma CHM file and pasted into the Word document, but I don't think this is important. I think there is a relation to the MS browser (or the "extension" Avant Browser) because Word 2007 works very fine (the same things) when I'm not using the browser. I am noticing this to the group hoping Microsoft will study this behaviour... Thanks for your attention, John Sandu |
