Default WORD docs show as having 0 bytes

In the DETAIL view WORD dcouments are showing 0 bytes.

Also, when WORD is selected for an attachment in AOL, the error messge
reads. "Your document can't be sent. Check to see if it is being used
elsewhere.)

I'm operating Windows 2000. WORD 2003.

Any suggestions?

One possible reason for the file size changing to 0 bytes is the
ExploreZip worm... see
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ven...plore.zip.html .
