Default How to recover an accidentally deleted word doc?

I accidentally deleted a word document that had just been completed. Can it
be recovered and how?

1. Look in the recycle bin.

2. Look in the same folder for a file named "Backup of your doc's
name.wbk". This will be present only if you had "Always create backup
copy" checked in the Tools Options Save dialog, and would be a
copy of the document as it was just before the last save. See
http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm and
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/AutomaticSave.htm for info on
this.

If neither of those works, and you have no other backup, then you're
out of luck.
