Default want to have page 2 on the fourth page

I have a long document that starts it's numbering as page 2 on the actual
fourth page of the document. I am using Word 2007 and nothing I do seems to
work. Also, I may be adding the page 1 (actual page 3) soon, how could I
change it then?
Thanks.

Start by reading http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumbering.htm to
get a general concept of how page numbering works in Word. The minimum
you're going to need is a section break where you want page numbering to
(re)start.
