Default How do I create s creen tip without a hyperlink?

In my doc I've got some initials that I would like to show a screen tip for
to give the description when the user hovers the mouse over it. The only way
I've seen to do this is to create a hyperlink and put the screen tip on that.
I do not need the hyperlink though.

Does anyone know how to craete a screen tip without using a hyperlink?

You can insert a comment instead of a screen tip
